CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADRESS OF MY ORDER?
Accidentally filled in the wrong shipping address? Please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will try our best to get our hands on the package before it leaves our warehouse.

Always check the tracking link you received via email. It might be possible that the estimated delivery time has changed, or that you accidentally filled in the wrong address. The estimated delivery time didn’t change and your address is correct? Please check your email again to see if you received a message from the shipping company. The package may have been delivered to your neighbours address when you weren’t home to receive it or your delivery window may have been rescheduled. Still no luck? All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Please do not use scissors or knives to open your package; you are able to just tear the packaging open with bare hands. Returns with scissor or knife marks will not be accepted.
Please be very careful when trying products on and ensure you are not wearing any makeup, perfume, deodorant or antiperspirant which may leave marks on the product as we will not be able to accept a return with any mark or stain.
To return an item, please email customer service at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, and mail your return to the following address:
Please note, NOVEL is not responsible for all return shipping charges. We do also strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return, in case something happens during the shipment.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
