Return Policy

We would like to thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please take a look below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Please do not use scissors or knives to open your package; you are able to just tear the packaging open with bare hands. Returns with scissor or knife marks will not be accepted. 

Please be very careful when trying products on and ensure you are not wearing any makeup, perfume, deodorant or antiperspirant which may leave marks on the product as we will not be able to accept a return with any mark or stain.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at info@novelthebrand.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, NOVEL is not responsible for all return shipping charges. We do also strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return, in case something happens during the shipment.

 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Please note, NOVEL Gift Cards can not be refunded.

 
EXCEPTIONS    

For defective, faulty or damaged products, please contact our customer service to arrange a refund or exchange.

Please Note: Item(s) must be in original condition(s), with all labels attached and not washed. NOVEL will inspect all items as soon as they are received.
