NOVEL provides free shipping for all orders in BENELUX.
NOVEL orders are send out with UPS, DHL or Post NL. A tracking number is supplied via email after the order is processed.
CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADRESS OF MY ORDER?
Accidentally filled in the wrong shipping address? Please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will try our best to get our hands on the package before it leaves our warehouse.
Keep in mind that as soon as the order has been paid for and is completely processed, we can’t make any changes anymore.
MY PACKAGE HASN'T BEEN DELIVERED YET, WHERE MIGHT IT BE?
Always check the tracking link you received via email. It might be possible that the estimated delivery time has changed, or that you accidentally filled in the wrong address. The estimated delivery time didn’t change and your address is correct? Please check your email again to see if you received a message from the shipping company. The package may have been delivered to your neighbours address when you weren’t home to receive it or your delivery window may have been rescheduled. Still no luck?
