What payment options can I use during checkout?

You can pay using Visa, MasterCard, iDEAL, Klarna and Bancontact.

After selecting your preferred payment method, you will be redirected to the chosen payment gateway. Once your payment has been completed, you will receive your payment confirmation by e-mail.

How do I return or exchange a product?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit or an exchange.

Please note: the item(s) must be in original condition and not washed.

Do I have to pay shipping costs?

If your shipping address is based in the Netherlands or Belgium, you don't have to pay any shipping costs. 

When ordering from another country, the shipping costs for your delivery will be calculated while checking out.

 

How is the sizing on the products?

All our items are unisex and have a slim fit. We recommend you to order your regular size. If you want an oversized fit, we recommend you to order one size larger than your regular size.

Please note: the NOVEL Oversized 'Hustle' T-shirt has a different sizing than all other products. Please order one size smaller than you regular size when ordering this product. 

The item I want is out of stock, will it be restocked?

If you want to make sure you're able to get your hands on one of the items of the NOVEL collection we suggest you to order quick. Nearly all styles will be released only once and won't get restocked most of the time.

If one of the items of our collection will get restocked, we will announce that on our social media.
