CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADRESS OF MY ORDER?
Accidentally filled in the wrong shipping address? Please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will try our best to get our hands on the package before it leaves our warehouse. Keep in mind that as soon as the order has been paid for and is completely processed, we can’t make any changes anymore.
MY PACKAGE HASN'T BEEN DELIVERED YET, WHERE MIGHT IT BE?
Always check the tracking link you received via email. It might be possible that the estimated delivery time has changed, or that you accidentally filled in the wrong address. The estimated delivery time didn’t change and your address is correct? Please check your email again to see if you received a message from the shipping company. The package may have been delivered to your neighbors address when you weren’t home to receive it or your delivery window may have been rescheduled. Still no luck? Get in touch with our customer support via email@example.com to ensure a quick delivery of your order. Please note: We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within ten (10) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, and mail your return to the following address:
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
